LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

We maintain industry-leading quality control standards. We offer a 2-year limited warranty (excluding consumable parts) for original purchasers of ZEN wheelsets, effective from the date of receipt. This warranty applies to all defects in materials and workmanship during the valid period.If any manufacturing defect occurs within 6 months from the date of receipt, we will cover all related shipping costs. If the defect is reported more than 6 months after receipt, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping expenses.

LIFETIME REPAIR SUPPORT

We provide lifelong repair support, with corresponding service fees charged based on the actual condition of the product.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE 2-YEAR WARRANTY

The above warranty and any implied warranties do not apply to:

– Normal wear and tear of components over time
– Consumable parts including bearings, spokes, nipples, brake pads and braking surfaces
– Damage caused by using unapproved brake pads or tires
– Products transferred to non-original owners
– Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product
– Intentional damage or improper, abusive use

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If you are the original owner of ZEN wheels and notice any defects or performance issues, please:

– Stop riding and using the wheels immediately
– Contact our support team, submit proof of purchase and relevant evidence of defects for evaluation
– We will respond and handle your claim as quickly as possible

RETURN POLICY

Returns for non-quality issues:

– Customers shall be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import taxes if the product is returned without quality defects
– Given the high cost of international logistics, we recommend customers check product details and specifications carefully before payment to avoid unnecessary returns

Returns for quality-related issues:

– For quality defects, please follow the warranty policy outlined above
– We are dedicated to professional customer service and will resolve quality issues efficiently

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders generally require 3 days to arrange production.
Cancellation terms:

– Cancellation before production: Orders that have not entered production can be cancelled. All PayPal transaction fees incurred shall be paid by the buyer

CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

We understand how frustrating cycling accidents can be, especially without reliable support. If your ZEN wheels are damaged in a crash, the ZEN Crash Replacement Program is designed to help you get back on the road quickly.

All ZEN wheelsets are covered under our lifetime crash replacement policy. You can receive a discounted replacement if your wheels incur non-warranty damage during regular riding.
