We are confidence of our rims and wheels, there’ll no defects in material / workmanship in life time after purchase.

1)Conditions:

• For any the manufacturing defects occurs during the life of the product,we’re obligated to replace the rim,free shipping.
• In case we stop produce the rim you purchased we’ll send you the newest equivalent model and no extra cost.
• When rebuilding/servicing is needed as part of the warranty replacement,we will pay for it on a reasonable labor cost of a competent bicycle mechanic.
• This Warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.

Notes

Please claim within 7 days if there’s any problem on the replacement product after received.

2) Warranty does not cover:

• Improper assembly or maintenance, including maintenance by an unauthorized technician.

• Installation of parts, accessories or tires that are not originally intended for, or compatible with, the rims/wheels as sold.

• Damage or failures caused by a crash, accidental damage, misuse of the product, heat damage (typically caused by the wheel sitting too close to vehicle exhaust), non-compliance with manufacturer specifications of usage, or any other fractious reasons.

• Damages caused by an inappropriate mounting or assembly of the product. Defects or damage caused by improper use or poor maintenance.

• Spokes/nipples/ wheel building issues if the wheel(s) were NOT built by us.

• Normal wear and tear (spokes, nipples, pawls, bearings, rim tape, decals, stickers etc.)

Please note:

1.The brake track surface of rim brake version is the area where most easily wear and tear over time,please keep these areas clean to extand the lifespan.

2.Do not use metal tools to remove the tyres or tubular.

3.Use the brake pads for carbon rims only.
